This vintage 1980s formal skirt is made of silk  taffeta and lined net fabric. It is a high-waisted, full-length skirt with extensive pleating throughout. The skirt is a high-end designer piece from the Adrienne Vittadini and Sakowitz brands. It was made in Hong Kong.
